| Ghosts & Haunts In Missouri Haunted Locations In St. Joseph Carnegie Library. Located on the 300 block of Massachusetts Street From just north west of Kansas City and south east of Platte City where I-435 runs north into I-29 also called US 71, take I-29 north for 26 miles until you reach I-229. Exit west on I-229 and go down it 4.4 miles to US 59 also called south 6th Street, exit onto South 6th Street and turn left or south down South 6th Street and go down it for 1.7 miles to Massachusetts Street. Turn left onto Massachusetts Street and go down it .2 miles, the library will be on your right side. The ghost of a librarian is said to haunt this site and is known to move books and speaks to tell patrons quiet down. MAP Ashland Cemetery, located at 2324 Ashland Avenue between Arlington Ave and Beck Road. I have no details yet about the activity inside this cemetery, only reports of it being haunted. MAP Haunted Grave, Felix's Grave located off of Huntoon Road. I don't have the real name for this cemetery.
