| Ghosts & Haunts In Missouri Ridgley Cemetery Stories Hey bud. I live in Edgerton. I know of a lot of the cemeteries. But have not seen anything. Ive been doin this for almost 9 years. But as for anything big and ghostly, don't know of anything. Except the lady that walks B hwy by the Ridgley Cemetery. Haven't seen her there though.. kinda ticks me off. Kel Last week, my daughter in law, her friend and her friend's cousin and I went to Ridgley Cemetery in the evening, just after sunset. We drove our truck up the drive and then turned it around and parked it facing out. We got out and stood around for a few minutes to get used to the darkness and my daughter in law saw a white filmy shape the size of a person off in front of the trees along the north side of the cemetery. After a few more minutes, we decided to leave and everyone got into the truck. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a white foggy shape about the height of a short woman/man. It moved very fast along the drivers' side of the truck and was gone in an instant. My daughter in law and her friend had a clearer view of it because they were both sitting on that side of the truck. Her friend's cousin didn't see it because she was just getting settled in the back seat. I saw it also, but not as clearly as they did as I was on the passenger side in the front seat; white foggy shape go by the drivers' side of the truck, moving swiftly. Also, a few months ago, my daughter in law was coming home from work on B highway; it was a clear day, no fog or haze. She saw what she thought was a swarm of gnats in the middle of the road just outside the cemetery entrance. She kept driving toward it and when it got in front of her she realized that it was not a swarm of gnats but a misty shape and it went right through the car.
