I did my first investigation there while in Webster High School back in 1978. We found that the man who fell to his death from the clouds was Howard Carlton. Most of the stories I here today say that the ghostly happenings at the theater are relatively new. They believe they were a teacher who use to work there (I think) most of the stories they tell are the same type stories I hears back in 78. At that time they told of the ghost pushing someone back up on a set during a sword fight during Macbeth. Also they told stories of crying in the back right side of the stage during the play Billy Bud. when the character in the play falls from the mast of a ship.
I moved away in 1979 and have been back to the Loretto Hilton once since I moved back. I have always found that place interesting. |
