Ghosts & Haunts In Missouri

My 15 year old son told me he and his friends saw a ghost!   Being a teenage boy hanging out with his friends,  I jokingly asked him if they were experimenting with drugs! The boys were not he said.  My son is not a storyteller and he was visibly shaken up by whatever it is he and his friends experienced. On Friday the  13th, the boys were driving around town and decided to check out an old bridge by some railroad tracks off of Colbern Rd. by Unity Village.  It was about 11:30 p.m.  This is what my son told me.  They walked down a hill and were messing around by the old bridge by the tracks.  They decided to move some raiload ties and when the boys started lifting the railroad ties, they saw a light and this black mist came out of the pile of railroad ties,  whatever it was it took the shape of a 6 foot tall human form and ran to the middle of the railroad tracks. It then stood there and looked directly at them about 20 feet away from the boys. It then chased them up the hill! The boys were terrified and ran  back to the car that was parked on the street. They looked back down the hill from the car and saw the light and the figure standing in the middle of the railroad tracks. They went back today, Friday the 14th during the daytime and saw nothing. My son said he put a hammer in the area where he saw the ghost standing,  they left went back later and the hammer was gone! They got in the car to leave and a song on the radio called "Not Falling" by Mudvayne was on the radio.  It was in the movie "Ghost Ship". They saw the figure again tonight.  They took a few more friends with them,  and only my son and the 2 others boys that saw the figure originally,  were able to see it. The boys said the figure is menacing, and moves very fast! I wanted to share this story.  I have an open mind and have always been fascinated by the paranormal.  I believe the boys are telling the truth.  They could provide more details about the experience.  They are very disturbed by this. I told them not to go back to that place.  They are teenagers so they probably won't listen.  I hope they are scared enough though that they won't go back there!
