Hillcrest Cemetery, located at corners of Hillcrest Street and East 8th Street. We have been contacted about this graveyard being haunted. Below is a letter from an individual who grew up here and tells of their personal experiences at this cemetery. I've had a few things happen there, I don't live there anymore but I remember it and always will. Me and my friend were down there taking pictures, and right as it was getting dark you can feel people looking at you and following you everywhere in the cemetery, and as we were reaching the gates we both saw something like a shadow/human figure, a little kid with short hair, and you can hear whispers, it scared us so badly we ran all the way home, which was on Westminster Ave. But I always wanted to go back and see if it happened again..
