| Ghosts & Haunts In Missouri Dark Hollow Road Stories page 2 I lived in Fulton most of my life, matter of fact I lived in the hollow. I've heard many story's, but none of them even come close to truly giving you the real idea of what goes on there. I lived there when I was about 8, and at 26 the place still terrifies me. As a child I heard stories of devil worshiping occults that roamed the woods close to are cabin in the hollow. these stories where later verified by the police when we found severed goat heads at the end of are drive way and are dog almost dead with its throat cut on are door step. I would lie in bed at night and listen to banging, howling, and crashing brush in the woods. A year ago my husband and I went to the hollow to take pictures, on all most every photo there was an orb or multiple orbs. We took pictures like these on more then one night. we later spoke to a reporter for the Fulton Sun (the local paper), who wanted to use these pictures a story he was doing in the Halloween issue. He took the photos to a photographer to rule out that the orbs could have been caused by dust, rain, or reflection. All of this was ruled out as possible causes. The photographer could not explain the orbs. I can say from experience that there are energies in that place that are unexplainable and sometimes extremely frightening. I lived in a log cabin approxiamately 20 years ago in Dark Hollow. The last time I was out there was approximately 10 years ago and the cabin was gone along with all of the vehicles that were parked around the cabin approximately 500 of them. The cabin was located up a very steep rock driveway. I am not a big fan of the paranormal and I am not sure if I even believe in the study. I lived in the cabin for approximately one year when I was about six or seven years old. There was alot of unexplainable things that took place when I was living there such as, our pets disappearing, weird noises, my two year old brothers disappearance when he was two years old " he was located a couple of hours later in the woods beyond a barb wire fence near a rock cliff approximately one mile from the cabin.
