Hey there....I have been there. Halloween night of 2000. It was really creepy and dangerous to be going up in there. The floors were about to fall through in spots, and some places you had to leap to get across. There was this winding staircase that led to the attic. In the attic--my friends and I saw some blankets and like 100 or so milk jugs with the tops cut off all thrown about haphazardly. Then we went underneath to this semi-basement are with wiring and all that (it wasn't the cellar where we were going to check out next)...well the whole party of us were down there and all of a sudden there were foot steps inside the house from above us and there was dust shaking from the ceiling from the footsteps. We booked it the hell out of there and i've never been back there since (except for the caves a little further down the road, but  not recently). It is located on Koch road just a little ways down--off a driveway like road on the left hand side.  On one of the walls inside it says "christy's house". I don't know about any legends, I sure would though. It was really creepy and hella exciting.

Actually, the house used to be owned, this is from what I have hear from my sister whom used to live near there, I myself live in Jefferson county but I live a little north
of this place. However, She used to tell me the stories of the place. Actually a family,
so it's said lived there and had a daughter and either she wanted to marry as most of
the stories go, or something else happened and she died, from what I remember they kept her body in the attic for a while (this could be wrong, since I am trying to
remember this story from years ago). Apparently time moved on, I am not sure if
they buried her or what. In the 60's, I believe it was used as a commune and
supposedly a lot of the people were killed. This is all here-say of  course, However I would caution anyone from going there since it is private property and the cops tend
to drive down near the house a lot. Hate for anyone to get in trouble for visiting.

The story I heard about the house is Christina went crazy and killed her whole family.  Then she went upstairs and hanged herself from the chimney or fireplace something
like that (it was somewhere upstairs) and at night if you look up you can see a ghostly image of her body hanging.  But now I hear the house has burnt down.  I also hear
there is a really nice in ground swimming pool too.  I've never been there because I'm afraid I would get caught, but if anyone knows if the owner will let people see it with permission that would be great.

We did go to this place also yesterday. I went there about 5 or 6 years ago with my bestfriend. We only went into the driveway, heard something and left. It was broad daylight out. When we (my husband and 2 of our friends) the house is no longer there and actually, there are NO houses there anymore. There's absolutely NOTHING. They do have a bunch of "Warning sings" because they are blasting there. We drove all the way down the road to where it does a T and made a u-turn and drove back up Koch Road (it's actually called Koch Valley Road). It was very creepy.
