Cheney Hall, located at Southeast Missouri State University. I have received an inquiry regarding this hall being haunted, but I have not been able to find any solid information or history about this site having a ghost or any paranormal activity. below is a letter from a student at this school. Stories from visitors to this site. MAP Pike Lodge Frat House on the SEMO campus "The Pi Kappa Alpha Lodge" is though to be haunted. A story appeared in the local college newspaper (Capaha Arrow) a few of years ago. Anyone who may have a copy of the article please e-mail it to us for inclusion here. Also, I would like to hear from anyone with personal accounts of paranormal activity at this site. Letters from visitors to this site. MAP Old St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Unfortunately this structure has been torn down. This hospital was used first as a nursing education building by SEMO U, then as a dorm. I lived on the third floor. We witnessed several events such as screeming from down the hall, objects that would be "lost" for days, then reappear right where you left them, covers being pulled off of beds and shaking windows or other small objects. We heard similar stories from other students who had been on our floor in earlier years.There is a large appartment complex built on the site. There was a web site with pictures of the demolition but I can't find it now. I will keep looking. I don't live there now so I don't know what is going on there now. JR Page Back |
