I grew up in Republic MO. and attended school here until graduation, except kindergarten but thats not why I am writing you. Why I am writing is because I wanted to know if anyone had ever told you about Kerr Cemetery outside of Republic? I have some very weird stories about that place that I witnessed first hand. I also had a friend in school named John H who's parents ran their family farm out by the cemetery. They were always having livestock missing, cows and horses would be found be-headed, and also chicken's we won't go there!  Also out by Springfield lake there is a old church camp (so I was told thats what it used to be by my mother. I have be there back in 95')  we all went out there one night and saw some very creepy things, like unexplained lights and noises. love the sight keep it up!!!! Thanks J JW

Well I am back from my trip to Kerr Cemetary. What happened before, there and after:
We clean all the mirrors and windows inside and out so we would know for a fact if anything was written on them we would know it happened today. My friend and I went out there and took some pictures about 3 p.m. and put flowers on the graves with no flowers. We left.  I drove out there again at 8:45 p.m. and took some pictures. He saw a shawdow and took a picture in the direction. Also took a picture of me and just arounf the cemetary. We left, came back with 3 more friends. at 9:15 They stayed in the car while J and I took more Pictures. I kept hearing someone talking in the distance. J said he thought that maybe I was hearing our friends in the car, but they would of had to be talking really loud for me to here them that loud, and when I asked them if they had been talking loud they said no. I also saw a shadow move so I took a picture towards that way. We both heard thump thump thump which sounds alot like horse hoves. I saw some lights and I told him to take a picture. Then we ran out of film ( I told him we should of brought two) When walking back we saw lights, I saw something red with black around it and something red with a ring around it. But no film so I could not take the picture.  There was also a hand print on the driver side, rear window of the back of a hand. So we all tried to figure out if it was one of ours and as far as we can tell it is not. The womens hands are too small and J has a ring on so, it would of showed were a ring should be  There was also a little hands print on it too. But I did not see anything as bright as I did the other night. AG

Hello, I was amazed that you guys had a little piece on Kerr Cemetery on your website. I grew up around the Republic area and also belong to the Kerr family. We are really unsure of whom we are related to that is buried in the cemetery but we are quite familiar with the cemetery itself. There are some very peculiar things about the cemetery and it is quite known for the satanic cults who like to hang out there and conduct rituals. I am not
talking teenage kids messing around either. This is defiantly a place full of activity that is worth looking into. Just watch out for the bad energy there. Thanks for putting it on
your site. Sincerely, AP

I have also been to Kerr Cemetery in Billings a million times because I live about 5 minutes away from it.  I have never experienced anything paranormal in this cemetery though, but it is still very scary and is a great challenge to make it all the way
to the back. MM

Personally the only experiances I have ever had at Kerr Cemetery are pretty mild compared to other members of  my family.  I have always had the feeling of being watched and sometimes go into some sort of panic wanting to get out of there.  It is hard to explain the exact way it makes me feel.  My mother and Uncle have actually came upon people there doing strange rituals involoving cattle in behind the cemetary.
