| Ghosts & Haunts In Missouri Haunted Locations In Agency Agency Cemetery, located at Main St at 1st St Agency, MO 64401. This graveyard is said to be haunted, but I have been unable to gather good first hand accounts of activity about this cemetery. I would like to hear from anyone with more information about this sites exact location, its location is not listed in any of the databases for cemeteries, but should be located just outside of town on a hill. Map Zoom Agency, Missouri is located about 12 miles south of St. Joseph. I was born and raised in Agency. I do know that during the 1950’s and 1960’s there were many stories floating around about ghosts – I also know the young man (not so young now) who was responsible for all the noises and ‘sightings’. He’s also the same person who snuck up on us girls when we were camping out on the banks of the river (Platte) and let go with several bob cat sounds. The cemetery in Agency is located inside the township limits, just south of Highway FF (which runs south from 169 Highway south of St. Joseph). FF joins M SN I have been to this cemetery.
